Beverages
Your rental fee includes having a full bar available, with bartender. We will operate it as a cash bar so that guests may purchase soft drinks, tap beer, wines, and liquor. If the host prefers, we can offer complimentary serving, of any choice, suiting your budget. We use plastic disposable glasses for all drinks. Optional rental of glassware, punch fountains, and ice sculptures are available.

We hold a class I Nebraska liquor license and must abide by state laws. No liquor can be brought in or taken outside of our premises. No one under the age of 21 will be served, and any violations of the law will result in our right to close the bar service, and hosts will be held responsible for actions of guests.
Please note:
Rental of A Merry Occasion is by an hourly contract which includes our
setting up seating, decorating for your type of function, centerpieces with your
color scheme, and reasonable clean up. There will be an extra charge for
parties bringing glitter, confetti, bird seed, and rice - $25.00. We will
allow prearranged deliveries of cakes, flowers, and D.J. equipment, but NOT
early arrival and preparation time for renters. We hold a
restaurant/catering license - meaning there is no kitchen use - whatsoever.
